We leverage on our understanding of the potential for Africa, direct relationships and combined experience of dealing with reputable global EPC companies, Project Developers, OEMs, Project managers, Capital owners, Asset managers/owners, Institutional fund managers and Investment clubs
We also offer advisory services in final structuring of projects to alleviate them to become investment ready by introducing stakeholders to reputable experts and building credible consortiums that makes a project bankable. Our service also includes forming strategic partnership for Development , building SPVs, connecting opportunities to investors and lendersan to approved projects with bid holders to assist them to build successfully to completion.

Tendai Stephano is a UK based Project Manager who has experience of working on successful projects since 1995. His major strengths are project management, geopolitics, leadership, risk management, change management, continuous business improvement, stakeholder management, contract negotiation & management, etc.
Tendai's career started in Zimbabwe when he worked on the government ZIMSEC localisation project together with Cambridge University and it was a success and most of the frameworks they setup then are still being implemented till present day. In 1998 he relocated to the UK to further his studies. Over the years he has lived in the UK, he has assumed roles in operations, change management, risk management, contract management and continuous business improvement amongst others. Although he is based in the UK, his heart is still in Africa hence he has devoted his life to facilitate growth and development of the continent through working with EPC companies and Investor in end to end project development and execution.
He also has a history of directorship with other companies, including Temona Trade Ltd(UK), StepOut Engineers Ltd(UK) and Steps Distributors PVT LTD(Zimbabwe) among others.He is also the founder of Afroglobal Trade Ltd a company that facilitate trade with African stakeholders. Mr Stephano is in direct contact with a network of high profile investors and EPC companies that have genuine interests of funding projects to grow and develop the continent by facilitating government partnerships and credit lines. Mr Stephano's vast experience and knowledge of both the emerging markets and the developed world gives him a competitive edge amongst other industry professionals of his calibre and background. Currently he is studying towards an MBA at Aston University, United Kingdom.
